I’m so grateful for the continued support - our sessions have been filling up quickly, and I’d love to welcome some new faces from the community.

Someone shared this feedback with me recently, and I checked it was okay to post anonymously because it’s such a common response to sound baths and I think it’s worth talking about for anyone curious or considering trying one.

“I had a cry after the sound bath—it was so cathartic.”

Tears during a sound bath are completely normal. They’re often a sign that your nervous system is finally letting go. That emotional release can feel deeply healing, and I’m so glad this session created space for that.

I asked her if she felt better the following day and she responded: "I feel soooo much better, I feel like I can actually look at the day with an objective eye. I slept amazingly as well".

This is your gentle reminder:
