Usually my go to is getting out into nature. But sometimes I only have a few minutes in between sessions.

So as a quick energy reset, today I used my singing bowl. In these moments in between I can clear stagnation, shift my energy and return to center so that I can be present, show up fully and hold space for others from a grounded place.

It doesnt have to be long, just intentional 🙏

Yesterday I asked what you do when you feel creatively stuck,
and I loved what came through…
nature, ,movement and music.

And honestly, I needed that reminder too.

Because even though I know what supports me,
I still had a moment where I stayed in the same environment,
on my phone, in my head… feeling stuck.

But the moment I went outside,
moved my body, sang, laughed…
everything shifted.

My energy lifted.
And the ideas came flowing through.

That’s the part we often miss…

When we stay in the same space, doing the same things,
we stay in the same state.

And creativity doesn’t flow from there.

It flows when you feel open, alive, connected.

So if you’re feeling stuck right now,
see it as a gentle nudge…

Move your body.
Change your environment.
Step outside.

Let yourself come back to life.

Rest can feel strange and unfamiliar when your body is used to being in survival.

When you slow down, your mind might get louder.
You might feel restless or like you should be doing something to fill the space.

This is an old familiar pattern (one I know well)

We know that rest is so essential for our body and mind to heal and return to balance.
