🌞 HOW is it August already?!

Summer, you’ve outdone yourself. 🎉

From massaging in St Andrews to the S*x Pistols, Simple Minds, and Snow Patrol – it’s been a whirlwind of sunshine, soundtracks, and seriously good vibes. 🎶☀️

But it wasn’t just festivals that lit up our calendar…

We’ve been lucky enough to visit some incredible workplaces too providing our wellness services – shoutout to BBC, Cigna, GT Omega Gaming, The Robertson Trust, Tescobank , Citibank , , Brendon , Clockwise, Sky Park, Turner & Townsend, Finding Your Feet… and so many more! 🙌

✨ And guess what? The best part? THE SUN ACTUALLY SHONE! For most of it ! ☀️ (Yes, we’re still in shock.)
