For the gnocchi:
๐ฅ1kg potato (mashed)
100g tip oo flour
๐ฅ1 egg yolk
Tomato sauce:
1 red onion
1 clove garlic
๐
1 400g tin chopped tomatoes
Pinch sugar
Few drops of sherry vinegar
Chicken butter:
2 shallots
100 ml white wine
๐100ml chicken stock
50ml double cream
175g unsalted butter
๐ฅ75g asparagus or any green vegetable in season
75g frozen peas
๐Squeeze lemon
