✨I love this… this first full moon is a ‘super-moon’ and there’s not another till November this year.
✨Break yourself in gently to the new year… don’t make huge unachievable resolutions that leave you feeling you’ve failed before the year has taken off.
✨Instead ease yourself into small intuitively guided intentions, like changing thought patterns where you put yourself down, instead reframe them to build you up. If you need help with this, contact me for CBT therapy.
✨Maybe this year you want to explore reiki and in turn become more self aware? To help your body and mind heal and become more aligned with your true purpose here on earth?
✨I have one space left on Monday 19th January for my Level One reiki training. You don’t need any previous reiki experience, just an open mind and belief in change for the better 🙌🏻💫

The Wolf supermoon will rise on Saturday 3 January and will be at its fullest at 10.03 GMT
However, it will look at its most impressive when closest to the horizon at evening moonrise.
It will appear brighter than usual and there is not another supermoon until November 2026. A supermoon generally occurs when the moon's full phase coincides with its close approach to Earth, known as its perigee.
The turn of the year always brings a hush, a pause where the past feels close behind us and the future waits quietly ahead. January holds that sense of possibility, and the first full moon of the year, the Wolf Moon, rises to guide us into this space of renewal.
In its glow, we’re reminded that even in the stillness of winter, instinct and inner strength can carry us forward
Traditionally, the Wolf Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle, a moment to reset, re-centre, and tune into what truly matters.
Spiritually, the Wolf Moon carries themes of renewal, courage, intuition, and inner strength. Just as wolves rely on both instinct and connection, this moon encourages us to:
Listen to our inner voice
Trust our own timing
Honour what supports us
Release what drains us
It’s a time to let go of lingering doubts, step forward with fresh clarity, and enter the new year with openness rather than pressure. The Wolf Moon doesn’t ask for resolutions, it asks for honesty. For intentions that feel grounding, aligned, and true.
