Need to update your winter wardrobe? Our next Clothes Cafe is on the 1st of November from 11am - 1pm. Our pop up thrift shop will have a variety of women's clothes and will also feature a baby boutique with beautiful hand knitted baby items which have been made with love by our talented Knitting group and lots of great quality second hand baby clothes.
The event is completely free and there will be lunch also. Please come down for a day of fun, friends and fashion!

Join our THURSDAY yoga session from 1-2.30pm. We still have a few places left. The next 3 sessions of this 4 week block is £9 in advance or call us on 0141 576 1400 to book a drop in place. Mats/blocks are provided. Just bring yourself and wear something comfy.
Kundalini yoga is a combination of movement, breath, meditation and chanting. Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic, but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness.

This is for the girls whose appearance was a constant topic of conversation ever since she can remember. Who restricted herself and judged her body because she was taught it was all she had to offer.

This is for the daughter of an alcoholic father who had to become a parent to her own parent.

This is for the child of immigrants who had to learn the language, pay bills, and translate while they were in elementary school.

This is for the son of a “tough love” father who had to suffer physical abuse because his father had no impulse control or self regulation.

This is for the mother given no tools from her own mother learning how to parent and be the emotional support she never got.

This is for the person suffering with addiction who has the courage to learn why the pain exists and how to soothe it.

This is for the parents who are allowing their children to have boundaries, autonomy, and who do not lead with fear and authoritarianism.

This is for the adult child who had to make the difficult decision to distance themselves from family because of abuse that still hears “well, she’s your mother.”

This is for the couple working on communication, inner work, and awareness— your children will benefit for generations to come.

This for 22 year old breaking of “good girl conditioning” who’s aware that her role is not to betray herself in a loveless marriage.

This is for the 30 year old man facing the reality that he was deeply insecure. That he treated women as objects and couldn’t create meaningful relationships because his father modeled that for him.

The cycles are breaking. We are becoming free
