On the day you will learn all about the origins of Reiki, it’s history, the lineage to Mikao Usui,
The 5 Reiki Principles, Japanese and Western techniques and you will receive the placement/ attunement to Reiki.. 💜

Cost is £130 and includes a manual, certificate and refreshments, as well as ongoing support.

Reiki 1 allows you to connect with this healing energy, for yourself and for family and friends, even for your beloved pets 🐶🐾🐈

Back from a lovely week in France 🇫🇷
Beautiful location, weather and company 🥰

I soaked up the French way of life, the baguettes, croissants and wine but made a few faux pas with the lingo. Kept saying “Ola” to folk and in one shop. “Gracias” although to be fair I did apologise for speaking in Italian. We laughed for ages at that when we left when Katie informed me Gracias is actually Spanish 🇪🇸
Ah well.. C’est La vie 😂😂

Enjoying a few relaxing days at home now before a busy wee week next week with clients 💜
