It's Nurse Calls aim to have highly trained staff that are assigned based on their particular areas of expertise, allowing them to be carefully matched so that a good relationship with the service user is fostered from an early stage.

All our staff receive appropriate and adequate training to enable them to perform their duties proficiently and when supporting service users in their own home.

Nurse Call staff must complete and pass the Nurse Calls specified training course during induction and ensure that this competency is assessed annually.

It is always reassuring for the entire family to know that a skilled and professional nurse is there when needed.

Carol Bell and Vikki Harris, are both registered nurses who have been colleagues for many years.

Having discovered over those years, that they work beautifully together in obtaining the same goals. They treasure every patient that they have had the honour of treating and always remember the rewarding feeling experienced from going that extra mile.

They have also stood in the freezing school playground together, collecting their children over the decades!
