An enormous gift from Mata India🇮🇳

It is a blessing to have participated in this 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, the home and birthplace of Yoga.

Although I do not believe it takes 200 hours to become a yoga teacher, I’m still deeply grateful and humbled by this unique experience to deepen my knowledge and have a strict schedule, someone hold me accountable to show up for myself and practice this discipline.
