PROGRESS SOO FAR…Huge shift in body composition for my lifestyle client Nick 📉🔥

15kg down in just 16 weeks soo far and a lot more to come from him still 💪🏽..
But we have brought his physique in nice and lean just in time for his holiday to Canada 🇨🇦 🍁

When Nick first came to me, he was stuck in the same place so many people find themselves in:

✅ Training hard, but not seeing results
✅ Eating “clean,” but the scales wouldn’t budge
✅ Feeling frustrated, stressed, and wondering what’s the point?

He was putting in the effort, but with no structure, no accountability, and no real direction, it just felt like he was spinning wheels.

And like many, that lack of progress started chipping away at his confidence, making him question what to do next!.

So what changed?

❌ It wasn’t a detox.
❌ It wasn’t cutting carbs or living off meal replacement shakes.
❌ And it definitely wasn’t a strict plan

✅ It was structure.
✅ It was simplicity.
✅ And it was a plan built around his lifestyle not against it. Something he could sustain and progress with each week.

We focused on what actually works for him, easy, quick and tasty meals, building habits he could stick to without feeling like it was a chore, and a training plan that was enjoyable and motivated him to be better each week.

Fast forward 16 weeks…

👉 15kg down
👉 Lifting heavier than ever
👉 Dialled in mindset
👉 A new level of confidence and we’re only just getting no started 👍🏽

From Clueless to Confident!
My journey from NO structure to building a physique I’m proud of and still continue to develop day by day, month by month and soo on.

When I first started training, I had no real structure, just lifting weights, hoping for results, and eating whatever I thought was HEALTHY! No tracking, no real understanding of nutrition, and definitely no clue about proper training intensity.

Fast forward years of trial and error, studying, refining my approach, and learning from some of the best coaches in the industry on how to train smart, not just hard. I built muscle, improved my diet, and mastered the fundamentals that actually move the needle. This transformation wasn’t overnight. It took consistency, patience, and a willingness to learn and improve!!

Now, I help others skip the mistakes I made and fast track their own results. If you’re training hard but not seeing the progress you want, it’s not about doing more, more, more..it’s about doing things right.

Train with intent. Eat with purpose and the results will follow.

Full day of eating, Rest day Edition

I typically just have 4 meals per day on rest days, I prefer bigger meals as this keeps me a lot fuller than having my 6 smaller meals.

Smaller meals spread throughout the day can certainly help with keeping your hunger more at bay, but in all honesty, it doesn’t work for me as I could easily demolish another meal right after it 😅

10 min digestion steps after each meal either outside or on walking pad to aid better digestion.

2650calories : 230g protein, 285g carbohydrates, 65g fats

Your journey to a phenomenal physique, doesn’t start with you sat on the sofa wonder why you’re not in shape like this !!

Taking action is what Alisha done !! She knew she wasn’t happen with how her shaped looked and knew if she didn’t take action now, it would only get out of hand and be more challenging to her to lose the weight !!

So she took the step forward are reached out for my assistance to help her get the body fat off !! We did just that, we stripped the body fat right back and got her down to a very lean and healthier position..
However we didn’t have much muscle so the goal was to then reverse into a gaining phase and start adding a lot more tissue.

Alisha was very keen to get bigger glutes and start adding more tissue to her frame, so we went into a lengthy gaining phase, learning to get uncomfortable with looking puffy in order to add more muscle !💪🏽

Alisha has always been a very determined individual, you set the goal / target and she will do whatever is required to hit it !! And again we did just that.

We added a ton of new tissue and now we set the bar higher and I managed to convince Alisha to get a photo shoot done coming into winter aswell 🤣💪🏽

This worked out perfectly though, as Alisha over the last two years working together had fallen in love with weight training , the joy of helping others and seeing changes to her own physquie that she started studying to become a personal trainer herself 🫶🏼

We done the photoshoot and now she looks absolutely insane 📸 and has a great story to share with her new clients and show them what’s possible when you put your heart to something!!

Moral of this story, don’t allow self doubt to take over your mind !!
Alisha could have simply doubted herself and told herself she could look like the person she is today..

If you told Alisha back then that she would become a Personal Trainer, run a team of clients, do a photoshoot and compete at Hyrox.

Soo be like Alisha, take action !! Don’t let you’re current shape get out of control, because you could be in the shape of your life before you know it, looking and feeling incredible ✌🏼🥰

🤯🤯 4 months work soo far with .v
One of the hardest working females on the team atm, try and out work her, I dare you 😝!!

She is unstoppable and absolutely nailing her training / nutrition on a consistent basis..💪🏽

Mel already had a great position to start with, however we knew right away that having a balanced physique was our top priority!
As much as she already trained hard, we needed more glutes and hamstrings to bring that fullness and balance to her lower body, which we have absolutely nailed soo far 🍑

Upper body has been very strong with Mel, shoulders being her absolute favourite to train but also being very dominant to her physique, she would train delts regularly, so again to being balance we made a decision to reduce the total volume here and focus on bringing out the arms and upper back more, whilst still keeping delts in with lower volume to just keep the fullness and shape there !! The last thing we wanted was the delts to continue to grow further ahead and constantly playing catch up with everything else 💪🏽

Soo far we have seen..
- Huge glute improvement and fullness ✅
- Hamstring development ✅
- Quad fullness and detail ✅
- Arm development ✅
- Midsection tighter ✅
- Performance and strength 🚀

Incredible progress soo far !! Excited to see what the rest of the year together brings us !! Let’s keep growing 🤜🏽🤛🏽 Well done Mel 🫶🏼

Tidy up phase completed for 👊🏽 just in time for Bali 🏝️

We are now in a more responsive position to start adding further tissue to the frame !!

Overall happy with the condition, especially with Jason’s hectic life, working away with FIFO and poor quality of sleep ( This is something we are currently on improving)..
We know we could have come in leaner !! However this being his first time and learning the importance of recovery, training intensity, water intake and nutrition with how to structure meals and macros to his training windows etc we have made great progress !!

We will now be moving into a 16 week growth phase, which will be monitored throughout to ensure we DONT GET FAT !!

The goal is to simply add tissue and only gain around 0.3-0.4kg per week to keep body composition as lean as possible, once we hit that 16 week mark we will then drop into another 6-8 week aggressive cut before pushing into our final 16 week growth phase !! Then it will be time to get seriously shredded 😈👌🏼

Not many guys look this insane at 42 💪🏽💪🏽🤩

5 week priming phase has put us into a leaner and more responsive position now to push up into our growth phase 🚀

Aaron showed me nothing but discipline, consistency and confidence with me!! This is nothing to what we have in store for 2025, with a 10 month off season ahead of us, we will see exceptional results with strength and muscle 👌🏼

Now we move into a two week hold phase, and then it’s time for the madness to begin !!

That’s an average of 1.2kg per week 🔥

Absolutely nailed his programme soo far, visually he has been huge changes to his midsection / waist, fuller chest, delts and arms and far more definition to his back with body fat stripped off 💪🏽

He messaged me this morning aswell to let me know he has gone from a size xl t shirts to a small 👏🏽👏🏽outstanding progress !!

Work certainly isn’t done yet though, this is only the start of something big to come from Nicky !!

Big man is locked in mentally and knows what he is capable of achieving 👍🏻
