If you’re like me, and you HATE spiders, then you’ll not be loving this time of year. But all over Facebook is the wonderful news that they hate the scent of essential oils - especially peppermint & so they act as a simple repellent. Peppermint is the most popular option, but you can also try tea tree, citrus oil or lavender.

More fantastic feedback on our products. This week a customer has emailed me to say how fantastic the Aloe Gelly has been for treating her bites this summer - it really takes the itch and the heat out of them and it can be applied as often as needed.

One week in to the Fit 1 and have to say I am loving it! It's so easy & effective - I can see but more importantly feel a difference. I had a cheat day on Sunday & felt so sluggish on Sunday night that I realised I used to feel like that a lot & wasn't aware of it. I'm sleeping better & have more energy. Yes, there are temptations everywhere but if you just remind yourself why you're doing it & it's easy to stay on track. I did a full on session at the gym this morning & had more than enough energy. Would recommend this to anyone!

Morning.
