Are you facing ongoing digestive issues, skin complaints, low mood & energy or hormone havoc?😫

They say that food is thy medicine but it can also be the source of your heartache. If you are struggling with ongoing unexplained symptoms then it could be something you're eating. 🍴

One of the best ways to pinpoint what you're reacting to is to become more conscious of what you're eating.

πŸ‘‰With so many distractions around us (hello Facebook, Instagram, Netflix) most of us chomp away mindlessly without focusing on what we're eating.😡
πŸ‘‰ We graze on autopilot and eat more than we realise 🍴
πŸ‘‰ Worst of all because we haven't pre-planned we make food choices while we are hungry 😱

We need to stop numbing out around food and become more conscious of the impact that our diet is having on our health. One of the best ways to increase your awareness of what you’re eating and stop mindless eating is to menu plan. πŸ“βœοΈ

This isn’t about controlling or obsessing about your food, but instead, simply increasing your awareness of what you’re eating. It will also help you make healthier food choices in advance so your empty tummy isn't making all the decisions when you are trying to decide what to eat!

πŸŠπŸ‰PANTRY SNEAK PEAK πŸ‰πŸŠ
I don’t know where I would be without avocados. It’s hard to believe that at one time I didn’t enjoy them at all. However, since I started increasing my intake of green smoothies and throwing avocados in the blender, I have grown to love them. πŸ’—

If you're not used to eating avocados try adding them to your green smoothies, like I did. They will give your smoothies a lovely creamy texture. Avocados are packed with good fats making them a great addition to your diet especially if you are trying to support your skin health, hormone balance, mood and energy.

They also work well added to most salads. The only downside to avocados is that they do turn bad very quickly, so be warned. They go from hard to mushy in a blink of an eye. πŸ˜‰
