🏔 STAIR CLIMB EVEREST CHARITY CHALLENGE! 🏔️

Join us on 31st August, from 7AM to 7PM, as we take on the Stair Climb Everest Challenge at Kelvingrove Park's Granite Stairs — one step at a time 💪

We’re climbing the height of Mount Everest between us (8,848m - around 805 reps on the stairs) in a single day to raise funds and awareness for two incredible causes:

💙 Alzheimer Scotland
💜 Brothers in Arms Scotland

We need help though. Whether you run one rep or 50, every rep matters. We want to add more peaks to the target. Conic Hill, Ben Lomond/Nevis or even DOUBLE Everest if we get enough bodies taking part.

I love doing both relaxation and sports massage treatments, but here's a heads up on the environments of my different work spaces:

* When I'm at home this suits both a quiet, peaceful relaxing massage & sports massage

* At the gym , clients successfully relax during those massages, but the environment outside of my room will generally be a bit noisier.

Please speak to me if you're unsure what will suit you.

We had a great week at Glastonbury Festival, so many great acts and lots of fabulous time with friends and family.

Our beautiful porcelain vase for my husband Stuart's and my 18th wedding anniversary. Made by the talented . It went on a little adventure with Royal Mail before getting to us, so feeling extra lucky and relieved that it arrived and in one piece!
