Cathkin House Our dedicated team provides high-quality residential, dementia, nursing and short-term respite care

Cathkin House offers stylish, modern facilities and quality care with a warm welcome. The skilled team provides expert nursing care for older people, some of whom are also living with mild dementia. The purpose-built care home is warm and comfortable with spacious, en-suite bedrooms, several lounges for relaxing in or catching up with friends and loved ones. There is even a hair salon so residents can enjoy being pampered at any time. The team holds regular meetings with residents to talk about upcoming activities and get everyone’s suggestions about new dishes to add to the menu. Monthly care reviews are also held with each resident and their family to ensure that the care Cathkin House delivers is in line with what they need and want.

A wish comes true today for Anne who wanted to see a place she visited with her parents when she was younger and spent her childhood there due to her father's job. This beautiful place many call paradise is Mauritius. By using Google Earth Michelle showed her the place Ann can still remember. It was so nice to see how happy she was, the smile on her face and sharing the memories she had.
A simple touch always makes a big difference to our residents lives.
