Client previously had a hair transplant but wasn’t happy with the density, so we’ve started building that up with SMP, here’s his results after 1 session.

Already making a big difference just from building that base layer. Still two more sessions to go where we’ll add more depth so everything will be looking fuller and thicker.

You’ll also notice I’ve kept his identity private. Not everyone wants to be shown online and that’s completely fine. I can always blur faces or keep things discreet while still showing the results.

My client’s feeling good after his three sessions of density SMP, making his hair look a lot fuller and thicker. Here’s his before and after if you want to have a look 👇🏽

Density SMP is ideal for men and women dealing with thinning hair who still have enough there to work with. It takes away that see-through look and gives the illusion of thicker, healthier hair without shaving it.

It’s not for everyone though. If the hair loss is too far gone, I wouldn’t take it on as I’m an ETHICAL PRACTITIONER and it just wouldn’t look natural. I’ll always recommend what’s best for you, even if that means going for the shaved look instead.

This one’s a perfect example of how powerful SMP can be, even when you’ve still got a good amount of hair.

My client was starting to thin throughout, especially at the crown, but he already liked keeping his hair shaved right down. He just wanted that fuller, sharper look while still keeping that clean shaved style.

A hair transplant just didn’t make sense for him. Taking grafts from the back to place into the top, only to continue shaving it down anyway, didn’t add up. That’s why he chose SMP instead.

So we used SMP to build density right through the scalp and bring everything together.

Now it just looks like a clean shaved head with strong, consistent follicles all over. The crown’s filled out, the overall look is much fuller, and it’s completely natural in person.

This is what I’d call a hybrid between traditional SMP and density work. Working with the existing hair, not against it.

Over the moon with the result, and even better seeing the confidence boost after. He also left a 5⭐ review which means a lot.

BEFORE & AFTER – FINAL SESSION

This is what natural SMP should look like.

For this client we kept everything soft and age-appropriate. Slightly receded at the temples, no harsh lines, and we even left his natural scar at the front to keep it real. The goal was simple… undetectable results that frame the face properly.

This is after his third and final session.

You’ll notice in the third image how red the scalp was straight after treatment. That’s completely normal and usually settles within 24 hours. We applied anti-redness from to help calm it down quicker, but either way it fades naturally.

Built up gradually over 3 sessions to keep everything clean, crisp and natural. No rushing, no overloading the skin… just proper SMP done the right way.

Second session complete and it’s coming together nicely.

We’re taking a really natural approach with this one. Soft, scattered hairline with no harsh edges so it blends in perfectly and stays undetectable. This is exactly how SMP should look.

We shaved the hair right down using the head shaver to get everything to the perfect length for treatment. That clean base makes a massive difference to how the impressions sit and heal.

Already looking solid after session two, and once the final session is done it’s going to tie in even better and really bring it to life.

Transparency is important to me and to the way I run DC Scalp Micro.

Client privacy will always be respected. Some clients are happy for their before and after photos to be shared, while others prefer to keep their treatment completely private. Both options are absolutely fine.

However, before and after results are a huge part of how I showcase my work and how new clients find me.

Because of this, I’ll now be offering two pricing options going forward:

• Standard price for clients who prefer to keep their results private
• Discounted price for clients who are happy for their before and after photos to be used on my social media and website

This simply allows me to continue building my portfolio while still respecting every client’s personal preference.
