Pilates is back! New 4 week beginners course 💪
Pilates is a mindful, whole-body practice designed to improve coordination, strength, balance and posture. Classes focus on controlled, precise movements, that develop strong, functional muscles from head to toe.
Penny follows the APPI model, which emphasises correct alignment and conscious muscle activation, while exercises are adapted to suit different levels and bodies.
This beginners 4-week course is ideal if you are new to Pilates or want to refresh your understanding of deep core activation and alignment fundamentals. Its also great for anyone who wants to enhance their fitness routine, prevent injuries, or simply feel stronger and more aligned.
