Healing and growth don't require shutting down or becoming "tougher" true safety comes from LISTENING TO YOUR OWN BODY, recognising when to pause, and choose connection from a place of awareness rather than survival.
Therapy can provide a safe space to explore these patterns gently, help you to rebuild trust in yourself, set boundaries that feel embodied and move forward with clarity and confidence.
