Yoga teacher living in Glasgow, teaching online yoga classes, workshops and retreats internationally.

During a long career as a professional dancer Fiona discovered yoga to try to heal a significant injury. Since then she has been a passionate advocate for yoga and the way it can help people both physically and mentally to live fuller, healthier, calmer lives. Yoga helped her to understand the power of the breath and the connection between the body and the mind which is at the centre of her teaching. Everyone is welcome at her classes, workshops and retreats regardless of their age, ability, mobility or starting fitness level. Trained in Chinese Medicine she brings a unique dimension to her classes emphasising the correct alignment of the body and ways that each person can benefit best from each yoga posture depending on their overall health. Every first session is FREE so that you can see if Fiona is the right teacher for you.
