I hope you enjoyed the recent 7 days of insights posted and it helped in some way .
Please suggest anything else uou feel could help as so many people are struggling right now in various ways .

These are certainly strange times and many people are awakening spiritually . This brings symptoms, thoughts, realisations and feelings you may never have experienced before .
It may be challenging to navigate and understand at times .

Knowing others are going through the same can be comforting as well as knowing theres a reason for this .

When I work with people one to one with this it’s very noticeable what each person has in common .
There are common symptoms and experiences .
