Our Story
I became a Massage Therapist as I believe that massage therapy is good for both body and mind. Not only can it refresh and recharge tired muscles but it can give you an opportunity to relax, unwind and escape the stresses of daily life. I want to give my clients the chance to enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation.
Having worked in the media and arts industry for nearly ten years, I decided to follow my passion and train in Massage Therapy, receiving a professional diploma from the Complementary Therapy School. I went on to complete training in Pregnancy Massage that is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is an incredibly relaxing and nurturing treatment, that can have many benefits. Research has shown that it can reduce stress, reduce anxiety, promote relaxation, reduce swelling, lower blood pressure, ease physical aches and pains and can contribute to a shorter, less painful childbirth experience. Each treatment will be tailored to your needs and stage of pregnancy to care for both you and baby.
Swedish Massage
The possible benefits of Swedish Massage include improved circulation, decreased toxins in the muscles, improved sleep, relaxation, decreased muscle tension, increased mobility of limbs and joints and an increased sense of wellbeing.
Each treatment will be tailored to your specific needs, to leave you feeling recharged and refreshed, both mentally and physically.
