NESA XSIGNAL® - The newest technology at GK Physiotherapy! NESA XSIGNAL® is the only patented, non-invasive neuromodulation therapy that directly and globally treats the autonomic nervous system (ANS) to rebalance the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. Doing so can have positive biological effects on various bodily functions, such as sleep, stress, urological health, mental health, physical performance, and recovery. One of the key benefits of rebalancing the autonomic nervous system is the improvement of vagal nerve tone and heart rate variability, which are important indicators of overall health and future health.

A detailed demonstration of full manipulative physiotherapy treatments. Manipulations can be applied here to every one of the main three spinal components: the cervical (Neck), thoracic (middle back), and lumbar spine (lower back).

At GK Physiotherapy this type of treatment will be offered by a fully qualified Manipulative physiotherapist (MMACP), once such treatment is indicated and always after clearing out every potential contraindication.

It'll be performed on an identified local spinal segment as soon as possible and always upon the patient's understanding and consent for this type of treatment method. Spinal manipulation of this grade also called high velocity and low amplitude (HVLA) aims to improve local mobility reduce pain stiffness, and muscle spasms, and assist with achieving optimal spinal and overall body alignment. These techniques should be carefully selected for each patient's condition and require specific manual and clinical assessment and skills to avoid risks and achieve maximum benefits from it.
