Its been a few months since i last sent any distance healing out .
I needed time to recoup with everything in my life .
i will be sending healing out mon-thurs this week at 9pm GMT for those that want it .please type yes if you wish to receive .
If you are already on my list you dont need to type yes .
Remember to drink a glass of water beforehand and have glass after . The healing will be sent for 20 mins so if you can rest up then you get the full benefit of a rest .
