An update on where we are at Pure Dental Care….
As you’re probably aware the first minister announced that dental services would recommence from today, 22nd June.
We are still telephone triaging and facilitating urgent care. You will get a phone call from our team to offer an appoitment if you have called previously .
The attendance is strictly on an appointment basis only so please dont attend the practice if you dont
have one.
Dates for routine care have yet to be decided and that will most probably be in step with Phase 4 of the Scottish Government’s recovery plan.
This week the staff are back training and preparing the practice for face to face care in line with national guidelines.
The shortage of PPE means that we will only be able to see around 10 patients per day for a limited range of treatments. The treatments that we can’t deal with will continue to be referred to an Urgent Dental Care Centre, of which there are several in the Glasgow area.

COVID-19 is now closer to home than ever and more patients are self isolating as a precaution.

Here at Pure Dental Care we are now offering telephone and video consultation for those who can not make it to the practice and are suffering from a dental emergency.There is a small charge of £20 for this service.
