πŸ’« CLIENT APPRECIATION POST πŸ’«

Today we're celebrating Natalie and all her hard work since the start of 2025.

At the start of the year Natalie was scared to even step foot in a gym, fast forward to now & she's doing at least 3 workouts a week πŸ‘.

She's lost over 4 stone since the end of 2023, and 18cm off her waist since January which in her words is gone forever πŸ’ͺ.

She now feels more confident both in the gym and in life in general.

Well done Natalie & thanks for all your hard work this year, you should be proud of what you've achieved πŸ‘.

CLIENT APPRECIATION POST πŸ‘.

Today we're celebrating Rhona and all her hard work over the last 3 years.

She's literally went from strength to strength since starting, increasing her squat from 40kg when she first started PT to 80kg more recently πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ.

Rhona has been coming to both my bootcamp (back when it was still outside) and my PT sessions consistently for the last 3 years πŸ‘.

This is the first time she's stuck to any form of exercise for so long, which is another huge achievement!

Well done Rhona and thanks for your hard work and the energy you bring to FFP πŸ’ͺ.

This one thing I learned since quitting alcohol is SHOCKING 😱.

I quit drinking alcohol.

And one SHOCKING thing I've learnt since then.

Just want to give a quick shout out to my client Maureen who's away on holiday today πŸ₯³β˜€οΈ.

Maureen has lost over 4 stone over the last couple of years.

She has worked ever so hard over the last 6 months, fully committing to her training and nutrition while still enjoying a social life!

By setting yourself unrealistic expectations, you might be setting yourself up to fail.

Telling yourself you HAVE to hit the gym 6 days this week.

That you HAVE to cut out ALL the rubbish: no bread, no wine, no anything that makes you happy πŸ˜….

You HAVE to do all of this otherwise you're a loser & a total failure.

You set yourself super high standards.

Which are unrealistic.

Then beat yourself up when you don't meet them.

Now I'm all for challenging yourself and having high standards.

But it's important to be realistic too.

And to not beat yourself up when things go wrong.

Especially when first starting out.

Focus on small changes that you can maintain and build them from there.
