Yoga is for everyone, but different people with different fitness/energy level at different time could be looking at different class options.
All our yoga classes are inclusive, modifications and props are given to adapt to different body and ability. Integration of breathwork, movement and meditation/guided relaxation to truly connect your body & mind, create balance and calm within.
In simple terms, if you’re looking for strong dynamic flow yoga, come to ashtanga. It will build you flexibility, strength and elevate your energy, increase your mental clarity.
If you’re looking for gentle stretch & relaxation, come to gentle Hatha.
Wednesday seasonal could be flow or yin class or combo of both, slow paced, allow you to deepen your practice and align your inner world with nature’s changing season and energy. Deeply restorative and nourishing.
