I’ve been quiet on here for a while… but behind the scenes, things have been moving.
Back in February, I made the decision to step away from 1-2-1 personal training and go all in on coaching my clients online.
Since then, I’ve been focused on delivering results. And honestly, my current online clients have been absolutely smashing it.
We’re talking:

Now that everything is dialled in, I’m opening up a small number of spaces.
I’m looking to take on 5–6 new clients this month.
