STOP WAITING FOR THE RIGHT TIME!
Theres never a ‘right time’ to start.
Theres always going to be another social event coming up, a night out, a holiday, a leaving do.
You’ll always have a reason to put it off.
There’s always a next Monday.
The best time to start, was 5 years ago.
The next best time, is right now.
Start, take the first step and work around whatever you have coming up.
Because there’s always going to be something else.
Start now, start today.
Go do the first gym session, go run your first 1km, make better choices with your food, drink more water, or even just get to bed an hour earlier.
Pick one, then add another and another.
But start today!
