Can you imagine?

Multiple out-of-school clubs are great for your child to delve into whatever they like or are good at, however have you ever thought that training the mind could enhance their wellbeing if weaved into their daily lives?

Work with me.........get a group of 8 (or more kids) together to join me at a place selected by you for an 8 or 16 week course and your child joins for free.

I will travel to your selected place as I am passionate about the teachings of Mindfulness and the life long benefits this daily practice brings.

Here at The Megan's Space office we are winding down for the festive period and will be closed until the 5th of January, but we know that Christmas can feel heavy for a lot of young people — and you don’t need to force yourself to enjoy it.

That's why the Haven at Megan’s Space is open on Christmas Day and New Years Day as a calm, safe place to come and just be.
