This course is designed for the general public
who would like to understand how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindful practice help with emotional wellbeing.
We could be getting ‘mind fit’, feeling better, thinking better and practicing being more like ourselves again.

As part of the national conversation; that it could be better for us all to talk more about mental health, I have set up a course at Glasgow Cognitive Therapy Centre to help the general public understand, chat about and practise how CBT and Mindful practice helps us feel better and think better. We all have varying degrees of physical health, similarly our mental health is on a continuum; my 'Feeling Human' course helps us be more 'Mind-fit'.
