I had fun putting this together - these are the energetic dymanics I picked up that are coming in for us as a collective in 2020, take a moment to tune in and let me know if it resonates!

Having just come out of an intense period of karmic shedding at the end of 2019, we are now moving into 2020 with a really exuberant, joyful energy. It is a free-flowing expansive energy that is supporting us to learn through play. This energy is enhancing the positive aspects of the solar plexus chakra, and learning or studying something new may be a theme for many of us in first half of the year. 📖
These energies are also encouraging us to be more expansive with any gifts and talents we may have been hiding from the world - it is prompting us to express them in order to make deeper, more authentic connections with others. This is likely to be a joyful and playful experience as we have already shed many hinderances we may have had to doing this at the end of 2019. During this period, it is important remember to rest and receive so the body can replenish and cleanse, as well as express and enjoy this expansive and abundant time. 😊☀️
The second half of 2020 will present us with a duality of energies that will ask us to grow by finding a point of balance within ourselves. The conflict they will present is between releasing old sticking points, particularly in relationships, and forming a deeper, more authentic and grounded connection with the heart. A few small spats could be possible during this period. As always it is important to remember that if we can acknowledge any rising tensions without judgement, and create a space for them to be transmuted within ourselves before we project them on to the outside, our ride will be smoother and we will stand strong within our own power during this period. 💪🌳
The release of these old personal energies (and they are old karmic energies because that is what the incoming energetic influence is focussed on clearing), will be helping us ground more fully within ourselves. As we release these old energies, we will be more open to recieve a more solid, “Venusian”, heart energy that’s also around at this point. This energy will help us to slow down, stabilize, indulge a little and care for the body as we ground into our point of balance. ⚖️
The incoming energies of the second half of 2020 feel earthier, slower and sincerer compared to the first half of the year. They will challenge us a little to consolidate and focus within ourselves after an intense period of expansion. This is also so we can integrate the new energies we have just welcomed in. The energetic dynamics of the Heart, Root and Brow Chakra will be emphasised. We will grow to become more conscious of old personal patterns (Brow Chakra), so that they can be transmuted and released. This will help us find clarity and grounding within ourselves (Root Chakra) so we can make more authentic connections with others (Heart Chakra).
So the first half of 2020 feels like an expansive and abundant time of soul “research” that is to carried out through play and self-expression before more focussed energies move in later in the year. The second half of 2020 feels like a period of “fine-tuning” and “karmic dusting off” as we release old programs and resolve discrepancies within ourselves between two opposing points. As we find our inner point of balance with these energies out gift from this time is that we will start to experience a new sense of inner clarity and stability that supports us in a deeper, more authentic connection with others.
Overall, I feel that the energy of the sun is with us in 2020 as it warms, expands, grounds and burns away what we no longer need, bringing in an experience clarity, openness, authenticity and stability. General themes of expansion, playfulness, authenticity, (truth) expression, heart, grounding and connection run throughout the year with relationship dynamics being in focus. By the end of 2020 we are likely to experience a deeper clarity and sense of solidarity as we learn to become increasingly stable in our own vulnerability and connected to the earth. 🌏🎉
