Introducing Echo Effect Wellnessđź‘‹

My name is Echo. With 6 years of experience as a rehabilitation massage therapist, my role allows me to treat my clients to recover from injury. As a massage therapist, my main goal is to relieve pain & muscle ache, help heal injuries, improve circulations, and aid general wellness.

My passions outwith work are yoga, practicing breathing exercises (qigong), walking my dog, gardening herbal leaves for my own essential oils, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
