We have been providing medical support around the Clifton Triangle area of Bristol for the duration of freshers week. Working with a responsible venue operator, whom we have been able to assist regularly over the last 2 years.

We provided support to ensure that all freshers and refreshers were looked after, should they require it. With the thousands of club goers that were enjoying themselves, it was a very small number that we were asked to assess. Providing a visible presence and actively patrolling the area to instil confidence.

As a result of the success of the project, we have agreed to continue providing our services for the peak nights on an ongoing basis. Therefore, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, you will see us on the Triangle, keeping an eye on everyone and making sure everyone is kept safe. The fact that the venues dont need such cover, but still want to have the peace of mind that we're there speaks volumes for how they value their customers and the safety of everyone that crosses the doors.

After an eventful weekend we have managed to get everything on track again, it's time to head down to Landrake for the weekend. Kit restocked, vehicles cleaned, restocked, and refuelled. Staff cleaned, dried and refuelled. All that left is to load everything up and convoy down to Saltash.

It was day 1 of the 4th and final round of the at Marshfield. The qualifiers and block 1 went without a hitch, and then the rain rolled in! With the riding conditions deteriorating the day was cut short, and definitely the right decision given the weather.

Tomorrow our team will be back on site for day 2, and hopefully see some more incredible riding action.

We haven't been as active of social media lately. We've still been doing what we do best, providing the highest quality medical cover possible across the country.

It is a testament to our team that we are already seeing multiple bookings being confirmed for 2026, and we've still got 4 months, and thousands of hours of cover, left for 2025.

Consistent growth year on year, with our reputation opening new opportunities up to us almost monthly.

We love what we do, and that's the key to such an amazing team and service.

The next few weekends will be filled with more MX action, football, athletics, fireworks, nightclubs, all of which is just a small snippet of what we do all year round.

Another week of walking down the stairs to HQ. The same walk that we have done every 2 months for over 3 years now.

Providing the medical training for delegates that require it to continue on to the Close Protection course delivered by the industry experts at Olive Group.

Over the years, we have seen well over 100 delegates come through the doors on the Monday morning with little to no understanding of prehospital care and leave on the Friday afternoon, having taken onboard all that has been passed on, and successfully completing the Highfields Level 3 Emergency Care First Response course.

We have built connections and grown strong friendships in that time, too. With many more years to come with such an incredible partnership.
