Children’s mental health week starts next week on the 9th of February to the 15th of February 2026.
This is to raise awareness, empower children and provide tools for mental health support.

Children’s mental health matters just as much as their physical health 💛 With exams coming up, many children and young people can feel overwhelmed and under pressure. Stress and feeling run down doesn’t just affect the mind — It can show up physically too, causing headaches, tummy pains, mouth ulcers, aches and pains, poor sleep and lowered immunity, which can lead to more frequent colds and illnesses. It’s so important that children know they’re not alone and that it’s okay to speak up — there are always people who are here to listen and help. At Pulse Pharmacy, we’re here to support children, young people and families during stressful times, because caring for mental wellbeing is just as important as caring for the body 🫶

How we were a long time ago and it feels incredibly fitting to share it as we celebrate Fiona completing 10 years at Pulse Pharmacy.

Over the last decade, Fiona has been a constant presence at the very heart of our team. Her warmth, dedication, and loyalty have shaped Pulse Pharmacy in more ways than she’ll ever realise and her influence is felt by colleagues and patients alike, past and present.
Like many of us, Fiona faced real challenges during the COVID period. There were times of isolation and struggles with mental health but what stands out most is her strength and resilience. She persevered, came back stronger, and continued to show up with the same compassion and commitment our patients rely on.
Through every chapter, Fiona has remained someone our team and community can depend on. We truly wouldn’t be the pharmacy we are today without her.
Thank you, Fiona, for 10 incredible years. For everything you’ve given, everything you’ve overcome and everything you continue to do. We are so grateful for you and we hope there are many more years ahead❤️
