The life of a dance teacher takes its toll on the body, especially one that is over 30 and hypermobile! We encourage our students to rest and to reset while maintaining mobility, and we adults and teachers have to do the same!

💙This morning Ms Sarah had a wonderful end of term reset at Aspiral, Killearn!

🤍Gyrotonics is great for everyone but it is also the perfect cross training for dancers, building strength and coordination while finding elongation and relaxation in movement.

💜We always leave feeling aligned, strong, and 6 feet tall, all while knowing we're in the expert hands of who, like all great teachers, has dedicated a lifetime to her craft, continually training so she can take the absolute best care of her clients as we do our students.

💙Sessions are carefully planned to meet individual needs and abilities and it's good fun too! So if you haven't tried it..why not give it a go?!
