February is LGBT+ History Month. It celebrates LGBTQ+ people in all their diversity, raises awareness and combats prejudice through education.

This year’s theme is Science and Innovation, recognising the impact LGBTQ+ individuals have had in shaping progress, particularly within science, research and healthcare.

One historical figure being recognised this year is Jemma Redmond, a biotechnologist who developed 3D bioprinting technology to help create human tissues and organs. In a life that was far too short, significant contributions were made to medical science that continue to influence healthcare innovation today.

I had a great experience
Tell us what happened - the more detail the better.
I had long covid and ME/CFS for 18 months. After 3-4 weeks of LDN all my symptoms have gone. I think I have found my ideal dose of 3.0mg. I’ve had no post exertional malaise and have good levels of energy from waking to going to bed. I sleep better and have much less inflammation. I can think clearly again. Brainfog has gone. Now I can be sure of the underlying problems of neuroinflamation and immune system issues.

Thank you so much for what you do. I wish more people knew and could access it. I was considering medical retirement at 51 but I’ll be back to work soon. I hope the effect lasts. It’s totally changed my life.
