Don’t make a meal out of choosing what’s for dinner 😉 – the latest issue of Slimming World Magazine has a dead handy ‘mix and match’ meal plan that makes it stress-free!

Instead of fixed menus for each day, there are a bunch of breakfasts, lunches and dinner ideas for you to pick your favourites from 😍. I absolutely love it – and the flexibility to choose the dishes I know I’ll enjoy 😋.
