Last client left as I finish clinic from my home.
Relocation to The Wellbeing Rooms, 183A Cumbernauld Road, Stepps is on target to reopen there on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 16th September.
The diary is already full for the first couple weeks and we will remain closed to new to clinic clients.

There are a few changes coming up.

Clinic is relocating to The Wellbeing Rooms on Cumbernauld Road on and from the 16th September.

Last day of clinic at 58 Mount Harriet Drive will be the 5th

Clinic will now run on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Please continue to book through the booking service and keep an eye on your booking reminder email for how to access the new premises. These updates will be on the booking comfirmation for appointments booked after 5th September.

I have very rarely had to cancel any clinics in the years I have been working. Unfortunately I am in the position where my booking team will be contacting those affected. I would like to pass on my unreserved apologies and hope you all understand why I haven’t made the calls myself.

That’s me added some bookable slots to the diary for November. These are initially only for those people who have attended clinic previously. Hoping to be able to open to a minimal number of new to clinic clients in the near future.

Apologies to all who are waiting to see me. I am again finding it necessary to close the diary to new to clinic clients.
The diary is again completely full until October and I am again prioritising those clients currently under treatment and thereafter those people I have seen in the past. The booking team will be the best way to determine up to date availability on 01417794050 as I have had to close online booking availability.
I am monitoring the diary again and as always add spaces for booking as I can.
Many thanks to those who have supported me over the last 25 years and your continued patience as demand outstrips availability

For the first time since April I have added a few appointments to the diary for new to clinic clients. I have limited the availability initially for September in an endeavour to not be overwhelmed. Thank you all for your support and understanding.
These appointments are available for booking through the really helpful Reception Service that I use. Normal number of 01417794050 to access these.

In order to say thank you and ensure availability for those who have supported the clinic over the years I have had the diary closed to new clients for several months.
Currently, there are a few spaces available next week and the week after. I have made these available to new clients also.

I will be keeping a close eye on the diary over the coming weeks and will continue to review availability and demand.

UPDATE- telephone number is back working. Still no access to any messages left since the 23rd December. Hopefully that will be rectified soon

Back to work today after some lovely family time over the Festive period. Happy New Year to all.
BT altered our phone line over the holidays and the permanent divert to the call handlers appears to have been switched off. The handset I have to reactivate it is not compatible with the new line so I can neither access any messages left, nor can I forward the line to the team. BTs help desk for business shut at 6pm. So please if you have left a message in the last 2 weeks accept my apologis for not responding. If you could DM through here in the interim, I will repost when BT and I have it sorted.

EDIT- thanks everyone the diary for next week is now full. Still some availability for the rest of the month.

Have had a couple of cancellations for next week. These are available to book via the booking service on 01417794050 or on the booking portal.
Have also added the new booking slots for the rest of August this afternoon and not waited until Monday.
