The car is loaded and SBC Sports Therapy is heading east. Following months of planning and prep inaugural event is finally here. I’ve been lucky to have been involved so far in helping some of the guys out with some sports therapy treatments to keep them ticking over through their camp and helping the organisers plan some of the medical elements of the evert. Buzzing now to be heading to the event where, in a first for SBC Sports Therapy, I’ll be on site offering pre and post event massage. It’s been amazing to see how fighter health and welfare has been forefront in the minds of the organisers.

Here’s to an amazing event, good luck to all involved.
