If you’ve ever been told:
“it’s normal”

“it’s probably just hormones” …

…but you’re still living with pain month after month 🤍

This is your reminder that your symptoms are real.
You are not overreacting, and you are not imagining it.

So many women silently struggle with:
➡️ painful periods

“It’s barbaric. That’s how bad the pain is.”

No one should have to wait 30 years for answers.

Nichola’s story on is heartbreaking, but sadly, it is not uncommon. Far too many women living with symptoms of endometriosis are dismissed, unheard, and left to suffer for years before receiving a diagnosis.

Endometriosis is not rare.
The delay in diagnosis, the lack of awareness, and the normalisation of debilitating pain is the real issue.

With 1 in 10 women affected and the average diagnosis time in the UK now over 9 years, change is urgently needed.

Earlier recognition, improved education, and access to better diagnostic pathways could make a life-changing difference for so many people living in silence.

💛 You deserve to be listened to.
💛 You deserve answers.
💛 Your pain is real

Endometriosis vs Adenomyosis

Two conditions that are often confused, yet they affect the body in different ways.

🩺 Endometriosis = tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus
🩺 Adenomyosis = tissue similar to the uterine lining grows into the muscular wall of the uterus

Both conditions can be:
⚡ Extremely painful
⚡ Debilitating
⚡ Underdiagnosed
⚡ Life-altering

Although different, adenomyosis and endometriosis are closely linked and are considered part of the same disease spectrum. Both may be detectable using the EndoSure Test.

Without a tier 1 diagnostic tool such as the EndoSure Test, adenomyosis is most commonly identified through transvaginal ultrasound findings. MRI may also assist with diagnosis, although it can be less accurate in some cases.

It is uncommon for adenomyosis to occur on its own without the presence of endometriosis. Studies suggest this happens in only a small percentage of cases.

For individuals already diagnosed with endometriosis or adenomyosis through other methods, the EndoSure Test may not provide additional diagnostic benefit. However, it may help assess treatment effectiveness by comparing results before and after treatment.

For many women, the journey to an endometriosis diagnosis can take years 💛 The EndoSure Test is changing that.

It’s a useful initial test that can be done if endometriosis is suspected - regardless of symptoms. Non-invasive and early, it helps clinicians identify who may need further investigation and supports better, more personalised care.

EndoSure isn’t a replacement for surgery or imaging, but it’s a meaningful first step - reducing unnecessary procedures and giving women answers sooner. For those who have felt unheard, it’s progress, clarity, and hope in one test.
