Today we celebrate World Senior Citizens Day!
It serves as a reminder to recognize and appreciate the wisdom, experience, and knowledge that older adults bring to our communities.

Advancing age can, unfortunately, significantly impact foot health. As we age, our feet undergo natural changes that can lead to various issues and affect mobility and independence.
