Did you know your personal wellbeing is your competitive edge? We hosted our first Energise Wellbeing for Performance event this morning. Our wellbeing expert Kyle walked us through our own personal roadmap.

We explored mistakes we make as leaders, business impact, community and individual goals.

Danny, Katy, Mercy & Amanda left us with some practical takeaways when thinking about wellbeing at work:

Earlier this year, we applied for the first time to the Great Place To Work UK awards. After our initial entry placed us in the 97th percentile, we were super proud to be invited to the award night in London to find out where we placed in the top 100 UK SMEs.

As a people based consultancy, we help businesses build great workplaces—so it’s only right that we hold ourselves to the same standard. That’s why being recognised in the Great Place to Work UK Top 100 matters.
