Did you know your personal wellbeing is your competitive edge? We hosted our first Energise Wellbeing for Performance event this morning. Our wellbeing expert Kyle walked us through our own personal roadmap.

We explored mistakes we make as leaders, business impact, community and individual goals.

Earlier this year, we applied for the first time to the Great Place To Work UK awards. After our initial entry placed us in the 97th percentile, we were super proud to be invited to the award night in London to find out where we placed in the top 100 UK SMEs.

People are what make good businesses great. Our human, down to earth approach has been woven into everything that we do since the beginning of Connect Three and it's what sets us apart.

We recognise the same challenges exist in different businesses and in different industries. People are unique and complex but they are often the differentiator between a successful and unsuccessful businesses. Connect Three are a dynamic team of Consultants who are all on the same page, in the same book, in the same library. Seeing people and businesses develop and flourish is what drives us, we live and breathe our values. Most importantly we practice what we preach – funnily enough we don’t always get it right either but we are proud to be part of a team that helps to develop others.
