As the year is coming to an end, I thought I’d share this post today that I’ve just seen and have to say 100% agree with. I’d like to hear your thoughts on it. 🎄

This time of year can get so loud that it’s easy to forget what actually matters. It’s not the gifts or the pressure to make everything perfect. It’s the people you get to sit beside. That’s what you’ll remember years from now.

The study is being carried out and supervised by Dr Michelle Sader who is a postdoctoral research fellow for the Eating Disorders and Autism Collaborative (EDAC; https://edacresearch.co.uk/) at the University of Aberdeen. EDAC is a UK-wide collaborative network seeking to bridge the gap between autism and eating disorders research through a lived experience lens. As part of EDAC's aims, this research will involve both a lay summary and interview with EDAC's Autistic peer researcher to summarise the findings.
