Here are a few infographics of some of my and coming courses. All courses are accredited and insurable.

Currently Reiki 1, Indian Head massage and Ear candling are all scheduled for December. They are open to complete beginners. Ear candling is especially beneficial just now with everyone feeling extra sinus'y due to the cold weather.

Level 3 Aromatherapy and Level 3 Reflexology are due to start in January. They both come with Anatomy and Physiology.

The Black Friday subscription deals are still live on the website (in the subscriptions tab and at the bottom of the booking page).
They are all 3 for deals that can be used by one person over a 12 month period.
There are 5 deals in total.

So this is one of the big behind the scenes projects I have been working on recently.

My availability will be changing over the next few weeks to allow set days for teaching and for treatments.

I am teaming up with Natural Touch Training to deliver some of their absolutely amazing courses from my clinic/ training academy in the East End of Glasgow.

I will be adding some training dates to the website on Monday but do reach out if you want a specific course on a specific date.

Are you listening???

I mean really listening.

No to me, or your friends/ family or even the world.

Are you listening to yourself?

Do you hear yourself say you aren't happy about something, you have no time, you're exhausted, you're in pain etc.

If you do are you really listening, because real listening has actions involved.

Hearing words doesn't equate to listening. It's what we do with those words that show if we are truly listening.

Taking action is needed. Sometimes we need to put ourselves at the top of the priority list and hear what we really need. It could be just 10 minutes of silence, to rearrange events as you need time for more important tasks or to step away from your world temporarily into mine and let me guide you in how to feel better.

The sunset in Easterhouse tonight. Absolutely stunning.

I was finding it difficult to choose what to offer for Black Friday (I'm offering these deals for the whole month of November). So I have created 5 deals. Yes that's right 5 amazing deals.

Our Story

Realign and Revive works as part of a multi disciplinary team within Wellness Hub. I specialise in treatments for both pain management and stress management.

I am always looking for more ways to help my wonderful clients.

Pain management was an area I fell into. I have had a number of clients over the years coming to get ease from different aches and pains and I started to get known for being able to help with pain management. It wasn’t a conscious decision but since I have enjoyed it so much a lot of my subsequent training has been focussing on this area.

I have always had an interest in stress management and how we think and behave. My previous studies inlude psychology. This is an area I am currently expanding upon. I will be starting to promote this more and get back to my roots.
