Training days Sunday to Tuesday
Wednesday is admin day.

Today as always I celebrate a man who was definitely not an April fool. He was full of love, charm, charisma, knowledge and fun.

He would have turned 80 today if he was still with us.

Although he left this earthly plane he is still with us. In our thoughts, words, actions and deeply held within our hearts. His legacy will live on.

My friend, mentor and KCR "Big Daddy" the one and only Hugh Gilbert.

I had a fabulous afternoon doing some mindfulness techniques for the Glasgow FND awareness support group today.
Sharing techniques and my interpretation of mindfulness was so much fun and everyone loved it. We had laughter and tears which is always a good sign.
One of the group did say she would love to hear me reading 50 shades of gray. 😂 I will take it as a compliment. 🤣

So as some of you may have guessed I have left my penthouse office at The circle. But worry not. I am still in the same building just in a better office. The floor is tiled and there's a separate space for all my "stuff". 🫣
Still some boxes to unpack and organise but I'm on track. 📦

I have had a dedicated booking system for a number of years now. I find it essential because...

1. If I'm with clients I cannot answer the phone to get you booked in.

2. I have dedicated treatment days and times which are viewable on the booking system.

3. My evenings and Sundays are my family time.

4. You can book from anywhere or anytime.

5. You can see all treatments currently on offer. (Some treatments are more seasonal and others come back for specials.)

6. Ease of booking for you and me.

7. Automated reminders. You get emailed the day before your appointment to remind you when to arrive and any special notes.

The winner of the Hot stone back massage was drawn today. I have sent her a wee message on Facebook so she can get booked in.

The draw runs again in February. Everyone who attends an appointment in February can nominate someone for a free treatment in March. (Entries will be drawn on Saturday 28th February)

The February winner will receive a Winter warmer treatment in March. (Winter warmer treatment is an Indian head massage with ear candling).

You need to book your appointment to get a chance to nominate someone, which can even be yourself.

Our Story

Realign and Revive works as part of a multi disciplinary team within Wellness Hub. I specialise in treatments for both pain management and stress management.

I am always looking for more ways to help my wonderful clients.

Pain management was an area I fell into. I have had a number of clients over the years coming to get ease from different aches and pains and I started to get known for being able to help with pain management. It wasn’t a conscious decision but since I have enjoyed it so much a lot of my subsequent training has been focussing on this area.

I have always had an interest in stress management and how we think and behave. My previous studies inlude psychology. This is an area I am currently expanding upon. I will be starting to promote this more and get back to my roots.
