After 9 years and over 1,600 Slimming World groups in Cumbernauld, I have now ran my last Slimming World group.

It was a difficult decision and I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the kindness and support you've shown me. I'm honored to have been a part of it. As I move on, I want to encourage you to keep pushing forward, investing in yourself. Don't give up on your goals!

Check out the Slimming World official website for details of alternative groups, but I would highly recommend Grace Spurs on a Wednesday evening at 5.30pm and, as of 21 May, 7pm at the Salvation Army Hall, Clouden Road in Kildrum.
