My longest standing clients are often the courageous individuals who’ve spent years being ‘the strong one’! ...carrying childhood pain silently because it felt too threatening to stop and feel.

They’ve built lives on self-sufficiency, only to find their bodies aching with unresolved tension, their relationships strained, and exhaustion running deep.

My approach with my clients engages caring exploration and therapeutic massage to gently uncover the protective patterns that once kept them safe (but later keeping them stuck), so they can begin to release old wounds and reconnect with their innate resilience and healing capacity.

My own journey with compassionate self enquiry has taught me not to rely on sheer willpower to change, but to gently invite compassion into my thoughts and awareness before taking action. It’s in those spaces where I’ve witnessed real healing movements …. I’m on the journey alongside you!
