Just a post regarding the ‘Importance of Symmetry’ class I am presenting and instructing this October in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

Class will take place at:

Shrewsbury Cricket Club
London Rd, Shrewsbury
SY2 6PT

The dates are:-

Sat 11th October and Sunday 12th October, 2025

9:00am – 4:30pm

As always, the class is appropriate for those taking their first steps into the work, and for those returning, reviewing and refining their skills and understanding.
For those repeating the class, I will gather pre-class questions and queries, so that I can plan ahead and ensure that the areas of review that you need are covered are fully explored.

Really enjoyed sharing the Importance of Symmetry with this very focused, enthusiastic and fun group over the weekend. You all did really well, and we had some varied demos, from simple to more complex, plus some profound and powerful changes within the class group.

Our group was a perfect mix and balance I would say... For Mito and for myself, it was a pleasure meeting all of you.

I hope you all enjoyed yourselves and feel excited and enthusiastic to get ply your new skills in clinic right away! I believe it will bring an incredibly dynamic and absorbing structure to your work.

I am running an ‘Importance of Symmetry’ class in Glasgow on Saturday 23rdand Sunday 24th of November 2024. This is CPD training for graduate Bowen practitioners.

As always the class is open to those who have been waiting to attend a practical class for the first time, as well as those looking to repeat for review and practice.

Mito Kodera, Bowen instructor and teacher of Graham Pennington’s IOS seminar in the USA, will be visiting and joining me to teach these dates. This will be a great opportunity to learn and receive knowledge and support from two experienced practitioners and instructors during the class.

Mito formally instructed for American Bowen Academy, and outside of her busy clinical practice in California, runs her own Bowen School Japan, in her country of birth.

The price for first time attendees is £300.00 and £200.00 for those repeating. Deposit for securing your place is £100.00, with remainder due to be paid by the end of October 2024.

We are also running a clinical practice and demo day on Mon 25th, which is open, both to those attending the weekend, and those who would prefer to only attend this one day class.

IOS class attendees will be given priority and a discount on the third day, as venue capacity is limited.

The price for the third day on Monday 25th is £80.00 for IOS class attendees, £120.00 otherwise.

Class sizes for both the IOS weekend and practice day are limited to 12-15 attendees.
