I have been in practice for fourteen years using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Clinical Hypnotherapy to help my clients overcome anxiety, depression, anger, guilt and a wide range of unhealthy habits. Everyone who comes to see me is unique and I approach my work from that perspective. I am fascinated by the human mind and I continue my professional development by research and study of the many aspects of psychology and psychotherapy. As we grow older we let go a little at a time: a bad memory, a negative habit, a need for validation.
