At six years old, Angelina packed a lunch and moved into the forest.

She settled beneath a bent birch tree and felt something most of us lose early in life – a deep, unquestioned belonging to the living world.

Today, Angelina is a gardener, herbalist and teacher. At a biodynamic kindergarten/farm in Sweden, she works as the gardener, where children help plant and harvest the food they eat. She also leads year-long nature courses, where students learn to navigate by the stars, gather wild plants and take in the natural world with all their senses.

“Keeper of the Yarrow” is a portrait of a woman who never severed her bond with the living world – and who carries forward a lineage of plant knowledge shaped by migration, war and resilience.

If you’ve ever felt that something in modern life is missing, this story may feel like coming home.

THIS IS THE TIME

This is the time to stop
to pause
to be

to really see
but how to see that which I have taught myself over 58 years not to see?

This is the time to feel
but not yet
please
I’m not quite ready to go there
there’s too, too much …

is it safe yet?
is it safe yet to go beyond survival?
and to claim thrival
With no urge to correct the word
And simply allow the rhyme …

Ok, Lovelies

It finally feels right to be offering this again, though it will be offered in a different way than I used to, and incorporate ‘boundaried’ working with the unseen realms.

Who wants to come for an Ancestral Healing workshop in the new year - Sunday, 18th January, in Prestwick? We have the new moon on Wednesday so this is a time supporting new growth and so much more.

Who would like to come sort out the ancestors, shed their burdens and claim their gifts?

I so love this process for its simplicity and its power, and it would be lovely to share sacred space with you.
