Something you should definitely try before getting a tummy tuck!

2nd photo was taken straight after the second session. *IT WILL KEEP IMPROVING OVER 3 WEEKS AFTER EACH SESSION, THIS IS NOT THE FINAL RESULT.

‼️this is how my patient turned up for his first post op session. He knew something was wrong but there was a lack of guidance in the early days after his surgery.
Yes! His garment was provided by his surgeon team here in Glasgow and I see it more often than my nervous system would like to.

Guys, this post is to alert you - if your garment doesn't feel right, if it's uncomfortable, if it's hurting you... Please find an appropriate brand and size! It could actually cause permanent damage.

If you are unsure about your garment please know I will be more than happy to advise you (free of charge). Just dm photos and videos, hopefully I will be able to help ❤️‍🩹

Today I finally got to meet Leighanne and learn more about her fantastic work at
There is a warm feeling, a sprinkle in the eye went you see someone pouring their heart in the work they do. I 100% got that from chatting to Leighanne 🥹♥️

It was nice to chat to her and see how our values are aligned, with similar dedication sharing our truth.
To all my mums (all baby stages, from pregnancy up) who still don't know pay her page a visit to see all different ways she can help you.
I was quite surprised with the long list of services she offers and bare in mind the woman has 3 KIDS!!!

The best model to display the benefits of scar care during healing time, something people ask me about often.

How much of a difference will scar care make?

It's hard to tell what the final results will be and it's common for people to wonder; "right, my scars look great but was it due to the post op care or my body is just blessed with incredible healing skills?"

In the case above we can actually compare how her body heals on its own and how much the scar work is helping.
Now, we also need to take in consideration different areas might heal differently for a variety of reasons.
This patient is Fitzpatrick VI highly prone to keloids. The treated area is the abdomen (post tummy tuck), an area that suffers naturally with added pressure + the aggravating factor of stretch marks. Still, only 4 weeks post op, the treated area shows superior healing results ❤️‍🩹

Very interesting case, we couldn't be more pleased with results so far and we still have the final stage of the journey to ride 😎
