I'm Serena, I'm a home based complementary therapist, my home is my sanctuary, and my snug/cosy therapy room is your sanctuary. My feels for today, trying to bring my nervous system out of fight mode. Reconnecting and finding glimmers! Feel some fresh air on your face, take some gentle breaths, grab a doodle notepad, a fluffy blanket, a familiar feel-good movie, just glimmers, to soften heaviness and soothe, this is how I softened my start today and reminded myself what feels good for me, while enjoying the weather and fresh air in the garden.

I just want to thank each and everyone of you, for keeping me going this year, being gorgeous souls and always encouraging. That time of the year has come and the tribunal is upon us, and it’s looking likely I will be representing J myself. Shoulda done that from the start at least I know I’d have been prepared in advance. I’m fast under pressure 😃💖 So for now my diary is closed 😢 I’m really going to miss all my keep me sane peeps. Let’s hope I see you on the other side of this triumphant!!

Our Story

Hello and welcome to my page. I'm Serena, I'm a home based Massage & Holistic Therapist, my home is my sanctuary, and my snug/cosy therapy room is your sanctuary. I qualified in Swedish Body Massage in 2003, since then I have added Thermal Auricular Therapy (Ear Candling), Hot Stones Massage, Indian Head Massage, Intuitive Massage, Pregnancy Massage, I’m a Karuna® Reiki Master Practitioner and Usui Reiki Master Teacher. This is my passion in life, to heal, encourage and empower people. I am very lucky and blessed to live each day doing what I love with the best clients I could have ever hoped for. I’m always learning, improving and adding techniques, using crystals, sounds and energy sprays during sessions when I am guided to. There is still more to come from me and the future looks exciting.
