What great busy day!

This morning’s strength and balance class was very well attended, physical activity is so important it strengthens muscles and bones, increases flexibility, and supports independence 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♂️🪑

Sharon led our creative classes today, supporting residents ikagai’s rule of surrounding yourself with good friends with Winter Wonderland preparation- from hot chocolate reindeer’s to sweet kebabs ☕️🍡

The rain didn’t stop us having fun, lovely lunch enjoyed at Caulder’s Garden Centre 🌧️🍽️😋
